How We Got Here

Look, I'm not gonna feed you some polished story about destiny or whatever. Back in 2019, I was coaching at a big box gym in Vancouver and watching people half-ass their workouts on machines that basically did the work for them. It was frustrating as hell.

2019 - The Beginning

Started with just 8 members in a 1200 sq ft space. We had bumper plates, some kettlebells, and a whole lot of attitude. No fancy equipment, just people ready to actually work.

2021 - Growing Pains

Moved to our current spot on Burrard. Pandemic hit us hard but our community stuck around. Started offering virtual coaching and honestly, it made us better trainers.

2023 - Level Up

Brought on three more coaches, added the nutrition analysis program, and installed a proper recovery zone. Our members were getting results we couldn't ignore.

2025 - Right Now

We're training over 200 athletes and everyday people who just wanna feel strong. Still in the same spot, still got the same energy. Just better at what we do.

What We're Actually About

Real Training, Real Results

We're not here to babysit you through some cookie-cutter program. You'll work hard, you'll sweat, and yeah, you might curse us out during a workout. But you'll also get stronger, faster, and more capable than you thought possible. That's the deal.

Community Over Everything

The people who train here aren't just members, they're the reason this place exists. You'll find accountants working out next to pro athletes, students pushing alongside business owners. Everyone shows up, does the work, and supports each other. It's pretty cool actually.

Science-Backed, Not Trends

We don't chase Instagram fitness trends. Our programming is based on actual exercise science - periodization, progressive overload, proper recovery. Boring to talk about, amazing when you see what your body can do after a few months.

Long-Term Game

We're not selling you a 6-week transformation or some BS detox. This is about building a body and mindset that'll serve you for decades. Quick fixes are for people who wanna quit. We're here for people who wanna keep getting better.

The Coaching Team

These are the folks who'll push you, coach you, and occasionally make you question your life choices during a workout. But they'll also be the first to celebrate your PRs and help you through plateaus.
